The Bluewater Bistro specializes in custom designing each menu for any special event.

Note: We include all necessary service items such as china, flatware & glassware  AND the hourly wages for all of the staff in the listed prices. Additionally, when you rent the Yacht Club, all tables, chairs and linens are also included in the site fee.

Reception includes an arrangement of fresh seasonal fruits and any one of the following:

Classic Italian Bruschetta ~Fresh tomato, basil, black olive, olive oil and mozzarella served on crostini

Stuffed Mushroom Caps ~Spicy Italian Sausage, panko, onion, garlic stuffing

Vegetarian Mushroom Caps ~Stuffed with Mushroom, seasonal vegetables and parmesan cheese

Chicken Chorizo Baguette ~Grilled chicken and chorizo with cream cheese, parsley, onion and lemon on baguette tips

Chips with Fresh Fish Ceviche ~Fresh fish cured in lime juice with cilantro, onion, tomato, chili flakes on flour chip
